What is Koalaris?
Koalaris is test and tag software for Australian businesses. It keeps an equipment register for every client and site, records tests in the field (even offline), produces tags, certificates and invoices, and gives your clients a read-only portal to check their own compliance.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The field app runs on your phone with no signal. Results are saved on the phone and sync when you are back in range.
Who is it for?
Test and tag businesses and assistive technology (AT) service providers, from owner-operators to growing teams. It suits electricians who test and tag as part of their work too.
Can I import my existing spreadsheet?
Yes. Drop in an .xlsx, .xls or .csv file, including exports from popular tester software such as Metrel ES Manager, WinPATS and PATGuard. Lyra AI matches your columns and loads the items, readings, results and due dates into your register. You review every match before anything is imported.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Koalaris runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer and works alongside the tester you already use. Record results in the field app, or import your tester's export file and Lyra AI loads it into the register.

Does the AI decide pass or fail?
No. A person sets every result. Lyra AI prefills, matches and drafts, and you confirm or approve each one.
What can Lyra AI do?
It reads a rating plate photo to prefill a new item, matches spreadsheet columns on import, drafts service reports from your notes and writes the wording of compliance summaries. Every number in a summary is calculated by Koalaris, not the AI.
Does Lyra AI see other businesses' data?
No. Lyra AI only works from what the person asking is allowed to see, inside their own business.
Your clients
Can my clients see my pricing?
No. Client logins show their register, history, certificates and requests. Never your prices or invoices.
Do clients pay for the portal?
No. Client logins are free on every plan.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new business gets a 14-day trial of Pro with no card needed. When it ends your records stay safe and read-only until you choose a plan.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in AUD per month, per business.
Can I change plans later?
